We use this data to provide and personalize the Services for you and to bill for the Services provided.

Third Party Providers

The risk profiler is a SAAS product and can be used by various third party advisors, managers and distributors for their existing & prospect clients. The complete product is built by NEURALFIN Advisors Pvt Ltd and third party would be gaining access by a subscription link which shall be shared with the third party users. NEURALFIN is not responsible for any advice or output generated on the third party website or by the subscription link used by the third party. As we do not control these websites, NEURALFIN is also not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites or the reliability of the information presented by such site. We therefore encourage you to review the policies posted on all third party sites.

Data Ownership

The most important part of this Privacy Policy is the simple principle that your data belongs to you. You are not transferring the ownership of data about you or your clients by storing it in NEURALFIN. Your clients are your clients, and the data that you store in NEURALFIN belongs to you.

• Other organizations, with your consent or as directed by your representative or controller; and

• Companies participating with us in a proposed or actual sale, merger, transfer, or business exchange.

If you are affiliated with a broker-dealer or enterprise RIA who uses the products, we may connect data about your Clients, portfolios and accounts into their data feeds to assist them in providing compliance and supervision services to you and your firm.
